When I purchased a new office for my business in St Charles I bid out my heating and a/c installation. McNally’s was extremely competitive and provided superior value to any of the other companies I’d spoken with. The business owner was very responsive (and I did call at some odd hours initially) and I just thoroughly enjoyed having them do the install. Since then I’ve referred them to several people including my family and they have done other installs for an extremely competitive price and with great service. I’m very happy with them overall and highly recommend.

They told me that they would complete the job in one day. They arrived Tuesday at 8:30am, worked in 90° indoor temp and 97° outdoor temp and completed the job by 5pm, as stated. The work was done quickly, clean and without typical HVAC service drama.

We had our air ducts cleaned and sanitized by McNally’s and the technician was on-time, friendly, polite and respected our home. He was on schedule in terms of the time estimation it took and overall it was a great experience. This was a very different from my last duct-cleaning a few years ago with one of those “” duct cleaning companies where I had a creepy tech who kept trying to upsell me and took twice as long as the estimated time. The previous company even scratched my hardwood floors – it was such a nightmare. McNally’s is professional all the way around and I really appreciate the care they take when in our home!

I can’t say enough good things about McNally’s. I called them to get a quote for a new HVAC system for my house and they offered to come out that same day if I wanted.
After I received the quote (which was lower than the big box stores) I had several questions. I could e-mail them at 10PM and would get a reply within 15 minutes. They took the time to answer all my questions and were very flexible with my requests.
When the system was installed, they stayed until 7PM on a Friday night to get the job done. Even though they were working late, they took the time to make sure everything was installed neatly.
After the system was installed we found a manufacturing defect in one of the components, and they were out the next morning to take care of it.
Everyone at McNally’s was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Great service from McNally’s. They had installed two humidifiers on my furnaces earlier this year and was very happy with their work.
I just called then this morning for an emergency fix for one of my furnaces not working. From the time when I called into their office until repair complete and furnace was working, only 1 hour. Unbelievably responsive!

I wholeheartedly recommend McNally’s. I’ve used them twice, once for duct cleaning and again when my furnace broke down. They diagnosed an problem on a furnace that another company said would cost over a grand to fix. They’re prompt to respond, show up when they say they will, and do good work for an honest price. Doesn’t get much better than that.

This company was awesome. Our air broke down on the hottest days of this summer. They came out and took a look to make sure the air wasn’t fixable and then gave us an immediate quote. Their quote was well under other companies. They were able to install in a speedy time. The installers were nice, friendly, and professional. Would use them again for sure.

Terrific customer service – called these guys as they were subcontracted by Nicor under our service plan when leaks were found in the gas pipes and the furnace had to be turned off – yes while it was still @#$ cold. One of their guys by the name of “John” spent a good deal of time and trouble explaining to me that it would be worth my while to wait until the next day to call upon their service to avoid overages due to emergency rates. John and all his colleagues with whom I dealt were EXTREMELY pleasant, cordial and helpful, and I thanks to them I did not have to throw the table into the wood stove to stay alive.
